If you cancel a scheduled session with reasonable advance notice (typically at least 24–48 hours, as stated at booking), we may offer to reschedule or credit the session toward future work at our discretion.
3. Booked sessions and calendar holds

4. Digital products and downloadable materials
Because digital products can be duplicated instantly after delivery, all sales are final once you have received access or download links, unless otherwise required by law or we agree in writing to a refund for a technical failure we cannot resolve after you contact support.
