Automation that still passes an audit
Automation in billing, provisioning, or access control attracts scrutiny. Auditors and partners ask for traceability: inputs, approvals, exceptions, and tamper-evident logs.
Design workflows so privileged actions require explicit approval roles, change records include actor and timestamp, and bulk jobs produce reconcilable outputs.
